We advise on the acquisition and disposal of all types of real estate assets (land, under-construction properties, revenue-generating properties, etc.) through asset deals, share deals, forward purchase and sale-and-leaseback transactions; from the planning and start of the transaction (LoI, NBO, BO) to its exchange and completion.

We draft and negotiate all contractual and pre-contractual documentation associated with the transaction (sale and purchase agreements, etc.).

We carry out the legal review of the real estate assets subject to investment or divestment and prepare the corresponding legal due diligence reports or red-flag reports covering all the aspects subject to review: ownership and liens, urban planning, contractual aspects (existing leases, construction), tax matters, etc.

We perform an integrated work with the other departments of the Firm (Public Law-Urban Planning, M&A and Commercial Law, Tax Law, etc.).
