Among other matters, the Firm provides comprehensive legal advice on the preparation and drafting of the different types of employment contract (permanent, part-time, temporary, trainee, etc.), agreements and provisions on working conditions as well as their updating and modification, functional and geographical mobility, payment claims, any mode of dismissal or termination of the employment contract (disciplinary dismissal, termination for objective reasons, termination at the worker’s request, company breach...), or discipline in the company environment.
We carry out comprehensive monitoring of all cases, and this includes any work and/or study that can be entrusted (with the preparation of opinions or reports that respond to the clients’ needs), the drafting of contracts, letters, penalties and other documents, as well as processing and conducting the legal direction in all proceedings before the administrative authorities, and the management of the defence before the Employment Courts and Tribunals in matters relating to any dispute/litigation that may arise against the Company.
