The Contentious-Administrative Department has extensive experience in the legal direction of judicial proceedings of our clients before various contentious-administrative jurisdictional bodies (contentious-administrative courts, High Courts of Justice, contentious-administrative Central Courts and the Supreme Court), having defended companies, individuals, the administration and public sector entities.

We have extensive experience in filing and monitoring ordinary and abbreviated procedures in all their stages, as well as in preparing and arranging appeals and appeals on points of law before the Supreme Court. We also have extensive experience in incidents of enforcement or non-enforcement of sentences.

The Contentious-Administrative Department consists of a multidisciplinary team, which includes specialists in different subjects in the field of Public Law.
