In addition to the general provisions of the Statute of Workers’ Rights for ordinary employment relationships, the lawyers from Toda & Nel-lo who work in the Employment department have deep knowledge about the regulations on any employment relationship of a special nature (senior executives, professional athletes, sales representatives, housekeepers, etc.), and particularly well known is the experience of the Firm in the preparation, monitoring and termination of senior managers’ special employment contracts and their relationship and compatibility with other links between the worker and the company (member of the board of directors, ordinary worker, etc.). In addition, the Firm advises its clients on the legal regime governing the employment relationship of the Economically Dependent Self-Employed Worker (TRADE) and the ways in which it differs from the regular employment relationship or the ordinary self-employed worker, the Firm being qualified to assume the defence on this legal concept against any legal authorities. We also provide advice on the appropriate framework and Social Security scheme, for both TRADE cases and the various special employment relationships.
