- Lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, specialist in collective bargaining and company restructuring, procedures for termination of employment contracts and civil liability, as well as in all kinds of litigation in the Social Jurisdiction.
- Before joining Toda & Nel-lo, he was a partner in the law firms Garrigues, Baker & McKenzie and Rödl & Partner.
- He is a member of the Labor Court of Catalonia, of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and of Forelab (Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers).
