Information
- Partner specialising in Tax Law, with over 25 years’ experience in the national and international sphere and in non-resident taxation, developed principally at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
- Regular advice to companies and individuals on compliance with their tax obligations, with extensive experience in inspections and proceedings before the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) and the economic-administrative courts, as well as in contentious tax proceedings and cassation appeals before the Supreme Court. She also has extensive experience coordinating teams in the preparation of tax due diligence reports for M&A and financing transactions, and in advising on their structuring, including tax lease transactions, R&D&I projects and audiovisual productions.
- Co-author of the annual publication “Todo Sociedades” (Aranzadi La Ley); regular contributor to Carta Tributaria; speaker at the IFA Annual Congress (Cancún, 2023) and the IFA European Regional Conference (Madrid, 2026).
- Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
- Member of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid).
