- Lawyer specialised in administrative law (administrative procedure, administrative litigation, public sector procurement and regulated sectors) with more than 16 years of experience.
- He is also highly specialised in sports law, with experience advising clubs, sports federations, professional leagues, athletes and companies in the sector.
- In addition to having developed his professional career in international law firms, he served as Head of Public and Sports Law at LaLiga, acting as Secretary to its Social Discipline Judge, its Economic Control Committee and the Football Arbitration Tribunal.
- He currently holds the position of Sole Futsal Appeals Judge at the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).
- Lecturer on various postgraduate programmes specialising in sports law (Universidad Europea–Real Madrid Graduate School, LaLiga Business School and ISDE).
- Author of numerous publications in specialised legal journals and collective works published by leading legal publishers (Wolters Kluwer, Aranzadi, Civitas, LA LEY).
- Law and Political Science and Public Administration degrees from Carlos III University of Madrid.
