- Lawyer specialising in corporate restructurings, insolvency proceedings, distressed M&A and litigation in the civil, commercial and employment fields. He regularly advises companies and investment funds on insolvency proceedings, restructurings —both domestic and cross-border— and the acquisition and sale of productive units. He may also act as an insolvency administrator.
- Law degree from the University of Valencia (UV).
- Master’s Degree in Insolvency Law and Administration from the National University of Distance Education (UNED).
- PhD candidate in Commercial Law, specialising in Restructurings, at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).
- Executive Programme in Corporate Restructurings, Refinancing and Insolvency at the Institute of Enterprise (IE University).
