Toda & Nel-lo strengthens its real estate division with the incorporation of David Gómez Cubillo
Toda & Nel-lo, a multidisciplinary firm with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, has hired counsel David Gómez Cubillo as for its real estate practice. Gómez Cubillo has over 15 years of experience and specialises in transactional and ongoing advice.
He has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of all types of properties (land, properties under construction, completed properties, income-producing properties, etc.), under both asset deal and share deal structures, sale and lease-backs, leases, surface rights, real estate development and construction, construction contracts, architecture and engineering contracts, project management, asset management, etc. He has also participated in cross-border operations and in the implementation and coordination of due diligence processes. Prior to joining Toda & Nel-lo, he developed his career in top-level national and international law firms.
With the incorporation of Gómez Cubillo, Toda & Nel-lo expands the services it was already providing in the real estate sector, setting up a department that will work closely with other areas of the firm, such as Public Law and Urban Planning, Corporate and M&A, Tax or Litigation, among others.
