- Over 15 years of experience in litigation as well as in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. In the field of litigation, he specialises in the legal direction of various extrajudicial and judicial proceedings at all levels, including extraordinary appeals before the Supreme Court. In the field of insolvency, he has been part of the insolvency administration of companies with recognised liabilities of more than €1,000 million, as well as providing legal assistance to debtors and creditors in both the business restructuring phase and insolvency proceedings.
- Regular speaker at conferences and forums related to his areas of specialisation and author of various publications on bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency.
- Competition for the title of Notary and the entrance exams for the Judiciary and Public Prosecution Service.
