{"id":3212,"date":"2015-03-13T11:15:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-13T11:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beta.todanelo.com\/legal-news\/desaparece-la-obligacion-de-presentar-el-contrato-de-alquiler-al-liquidar-el\/"},"modified":"2015-03-13T11:15:00","modified_gmt":"2015-03-13T11:15:00","slug":"desaparece-la-obligacion-de-presentar-el-contrato-de-alquiler-al-liquidar-el","status":"publish","type":"legal-news","link":"https:\/\/www.todanelo.com\/fr\/actualite-juridique\/desaparece-la-obligacion-de-presentar-el-contrato-de-alquiler-al-liquidar-el\/","title":{"rendered":"DESAPARECE LA OBLIGACI\u00d3N DE PRESENTAR EL CONTRATO DE ALQUILER AL LIQUIDAR EL ITPyAJD SI YA CONSTA EN EL INCAS\u00d2L"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy se han publicado en el Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) la Ley de presupuestos y la Ley de medidas fiscales, financieras y administrativas, relativas al ejercicio 2015, recientemente aprobadas por la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las medidas tributarias introducidas por dichos textos legales, destaca la supresi\u00f3n de la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar, junto con la autoliquidaci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre Transmisiones Patrimoniales y Actos Jur\u00eddicos Documentados (ITPyAJD), copia del contrato de alquiler de la finca urbana cuando se presente en el Institut Catal\u00e0 del S\u00f2l (INCAS\u00d2L) al depositar la fianza.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, a partir de ma\u00f1ana, cuando conste presentada en el INCAS\u00d2L copia del contrato de alquiler del inmueble urbano, se podr\u00e1 pagar y presentar la autoliquidaci\u00f3n del ITPyAJD (modelo 600), tarifa AUR, telem\u00e1ticamente a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina Virtual de la Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria de Catalunya y ya no deber\u00e1 presentarse ante esa Administraci\u00f3n copia adicional del contrato.<\/p>\n<p>Los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para la presentaci\u00f3n de la referida autoliquidaci\u00f3n han sido detalladamente expuestos en la referida Oficina Virtual en un apartado al que puede acceder clicando <a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-tributs.cat\/ca\/Ajuda\/Pagines\/Pagar-presentar.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.0080003738403px;
