She also has extensive experience coordinating teams in the preparation of tax due diligence reports for M&amp;A and financing transactions, and in advising on their structuring, including tax lease transactions, R&amp;D&amp;I projects and audiovisual productions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-author of the annual publication &#8220;Todo Sociedades&#8221;
