Toda & Nel-lo has appointed Francisco Javier Ram\u00f3n<\/a> as a new partner in its Administrative and Regulatory Law practice<\/a>. A former judge, Ram\u00f3n brings a solid and widely recognised track record of over 25 years in the field of administrative law, particularly in urban planning, energy and administrative litigation.<\/p>\n

With this appointment, the firm strengthens its position in Madrid, consolidating this office as a strategic hub for its growth. Ram\u00f3n\u2019s arrival reflects Toda & Nel-lo\u2019s objective of continuing to expand its capabilities in key areas of public law and to provide highly specialised advice to its clients.<\/p>\n

Francisco Javier Ram\u00f3n has built a distinguished career both on the bench and in private practice, leading highly complex and high-profile matters, thereby consolidating his reputation in the Madrid legal market.<\/p>\n

His profile combines deep technical expertise with extensive practical experience in advising and representing clients in administrative litigation proceedings, particularly in urban planning, public procurement and State liability matters, among others, significantly strengthening Toda & Nel-lo\u2019s value proposition in administrative law as well as its geographical reach.<\/p>\n

Ram\u00f3n\u2019s arrival is complemented by the addition of a two-lawyer team: Mario Chaparro<\/a>, as counsel, and \u00c9ric L\u00f3pez<\/a>, as senior associate. Chaparro will also take on responsibility for Toda & Nel-lo\u2019s Sports Law practice, bringing extensive knowledge in this sector and enabling the firm to further develop an area in which it already has prior experience.<\/p>\n
